ODM China Manufacturing Team takes stringent measures to insure all products delivered to our clients have gone through quality control with caution and care.
Procedures
1) Checking the quality and colour of raw materials
2) Checking products before affixing accessories
3) Checking products after affixing accessories
4) Checking products individually
5) Checking the entire mass production line by Inspection Department
6) Any ineligible product will be sent to the rejected warehouse
In addition, we also provide Expat Quality control for our China Manufacturing Factory.
According to client's request, we can also arrange Expat QC inspection for the insurance of the products.
Reasons for QC
* Minimize the risks (and Associate cost) linked to quality, loading, warehousing or non-compliance issues
* Ensure contractual obligation are met (specification, packing, printing, delivery)
* Spot potential issues before shipment
* Reduce Cost
